Mimi Leow Shares Her Story

My name is Mimi Leow. My son Will Leow is 25, autistic, and one of his big struggles is getting a good night’s sleep. There’s anxiety and stress due to our current living situation. He uses melatonin every night, 5 mg, taking 2 about half an hour before bedtime. Sometimes melatonin works, more often it does not. Usually Will will get up at around 3 or 4am and take another tablet.
Will and I talked about it and he decided to give CBD a try. It’s been hit and miss with what kind works better for Will. Gummies didn’t work out very well. We tried tinctures and found a little success. Just CBD wasn’t as effective as tincture that is blended with THC. We purchased the tinctures from a local marijuana shop. One that’s state approved and follows all safety guidelines.
Will doesn’t seem to feel the usual effects that comes with TCH. The benefit is Will being able to get some quality sleep.
Unfortunately, it’s rather pricey and the bottles are really small and don’t last long.
Oh, in case you are wondering, I’ve smoked marijuana since I was 17. With a long break after I got pregnant with my son.
